Keith is absolutely amazing and has the patience of a saint. I appreciate all his understanding, taking the time to be willing who work through my terrible move across states. He has the best customer service. I really appreciate his chill manner and willingness to work with me.

I lived at WatersEdge for 4 years and loved it. Always felt safe, it was very quiet and kept very clean! Highly recommend!

So far so good! My neighbors are super friendly and Kieth and Katie have really taken good care of an issue I had with the Wi-Fi. Good fishing as well! Would love to see a basketball court in the near future :

The work order was completed in a swift manner with no complaints. However, I would have liked to been notified when maintenance would be inside my apartment.

The apartments mantance handle my situation very fast and was on it !!! They did very good fixing my lock on my door !
