Anatole On Macarthur

I was there a little over a week ago and I could not say enough good things! This property looks amazing! The upkeep is wonderful and the staff is the absolute best! Thank you for being so welcoming and I can’t wait to move in!! Thank you everyone in the office for helping me and making my move possible!!

I lived in these apartments over two years ago, and now that I’m trying to move again going through a big hassle due to things that were never corrected on the offices part. In 2020 they did a Covid thing when everyone was unemployed they never credited it onto my account which caused a late fee to keep rolling over that wrapped up over $1000 and that I was/am expected to pay because they failed to fixed it. When I tried to call to get everything resolved or get some help, they literally hung up in my face and had no remorse for the fact that I’m literally a human being that needs to be able to live somewhere as well. Probably due to the fact that the same people are in the office. I had a conversation BEFORE moving out to keep this from being a problem and was told it was figured out. This is a huge problem that is now affecting me they could care less. So RUDE.

Rylee is AMAZING!!! Always so friendly and helpful with any questions we had during move in and after as regular tenants. Looking forward to making this our home for a long time!

Everything has been great so far at Anatole. You have access to both north and south sides of residence including both gyms and pools. Staff are very friendly and work orders are done in a timely manner.

Don’t even live here, had to park my car here overnight for 2 nights. Had to take a trip out of state with someone who does live there. Came back to see my car was broken into with all my paperwork tossed around and items missing. Looked around and saw no security cameras on the apartments to see who could have done it. The fence surrounding the buildings are short and easily jumpable. The gates are pointless if it doesn’t stop people from getting in. Crazy that the security there isn’t more for what the area around it is like.

I have never been so scared in my life. I went to go drop off an uber order at this complex which I have done several times before since I live close by. Some guy In a Ford 4x4 starts flying down 12th St the wrong way and almost runs me over, he gets out of the car you can tell he's drunk and says he's going to run me over. I literally had to reverse at 20mph so he wouldn't run me over. He ended up in the apartment complex. Here is a picture of him.

Rylee is absolutely awesome! She’s super nice and very informative she will do everything in her power to help you the very best she can! Met one of the maintenance techs and he’s very friendly and makes sure you’re well taken care of! Met Melissa and she’s also very friendly and goes above and beyond. Looking at the property it’s very clean the pool looks very nice all the grass it kept nice and trimmed. Our apartment is very spacious with an open floor plan and neutral colors. I highly recommend this place!

Nothing luxurious about that place. My girlfriend lives their. The apartment was properly clean or prepared. The management doesn't care to help once she signed the lease. They put her in a building that has a group of loud guys standing outside all hours of the night. No where to park at night. I wouldn't waste one bit of money with this apartment complex and can't wait to move my lady somewhere safer. To a place that actually cares about the tenants.

They don't care about the tenants. We were told it's going to take a month to get the part to fix our AC. In the meantime, we get one tiny window air unit that isn't enough to cool even one room while it's 110 degrees outside. Absolutely shameful behavior

Riley and the whole staff at anatole are great. They go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of and they have really good wine parties and rock finding parties and swimming parties. Keep up the good work Riley RG
