Avis Rent A Car

Avis has excellent fleet of Cars. I have been driving with Avis for over a month in different cities like Minneapolis and Indianapolis. They have excellent fleet of cars and their maintenance is top notch. Vehicles drive very smooth, never breakdown in the middle of the road i have had this experience with other rental companies and moreover very fuel efficient. Drove a Honda CRV for 3 days and fuel consumption was less than 10 dollars:.Definitely coming back for that one again:

Avis is streamlined. Booking - easy. Check-in - easy. Car - met expectations. Adjusted return date and location - easy. Return - easy. The drop from 5 stars to 4 stars is the lost-and-found process. Not all locations participate in their traditional features for submitting lost and found tickets. I have lost something and cannot reach the appropriate parties for support. Otherwise, they're great! EDIT: No one picks up when calling the location directly. [10/12/22]

Avis is great. This location is NOT. Would not rent from this location again. Required contacting customer service to resolve a disputed charge as the owner takes zero ownership and will and try and charge your card without telling you about late fees or any differences from your original agreement. At least say you're doing something before you run someone's card instead of being deceptive and trying to hide things and hoping they don't look or ask. I surely could not have been the first person this happened to when the person working the front desk is the owner himself. Avis' Customer Service on the other hand was great and refunded 100% of the disputed charge. I looked at other reviews and also saw they required Avis Customer Service when renting from this specific Avis. Avoid Chris' location.

This is the safest place to rent a car in my opinion!!!! Chris and Colton are awesome!!! They're super polite, and reasonable!

Reserving online and check-in was very efficient. We were presented a choice between a current model Honda Accord or Toyota Camry. We chose the latter since we own an Accord and wanted to try out something different. The vehicle was clean, odor-free and ran quite smoothly. Although the Camry was excellent, the Accord feels slightly more roomier on the passenger side for customers needing a little extra leg room. It was nice to have the Android Auto option and being able to connect to Google Maps. Minor things noticed were a previous customer's receipt/paperwork left in the glove compartment as well as undeleted past customers' phone details. Not a big deal..just an observation. Drop-off was just as pleasant..quick and easy. Although there is a small processing fee, the toll payment was hassle-free and was automatically deducted from our bank account. Our entire experience was very positive. Should the occasion arise, we would not hesitate to rent another vehicle at this location again.

We picked up our rental car and was very impressed with how quickly the process was and that one was available late notice for 10 days around Christmas. The Kia Forte is a great drive and spotless on the interior! The employee was very kind and helpful too!

Back in July a Kia Soul was rented from the company at this location. While inspecting the vehicle the employee and myself noticed the back bumper was damaged. I was told to drive on and it was already taken care of. While having the vehicle, there was never any accident on my part that had taken place or it would have been reported to my insurance company. After four months I received a letter in the mail a week ago stating I would be charged for said damages. I got ahold of customer service and they did nothing about the situation. But the way it seems they needed to charge someone for the damages and I happened to be the one who was charged since the employee never did a full report in the first place. I DO NOT recommend ever renting from this company or location.

Check-in was seamless and the attendants were super friendly. The car was immaculate HOnda Accord Sport. Prices were fair. Toll process was simple just showed up on my credit card.

Had me drive a hour up to them to find out car wasn’t their and i didn’t even get an apology and they was completely out of cars

Great prices, easy and seamless. No major credit card needed or flight ticket or itinerary. I appreciate that Avis out of all the other rental car agencies I searched during an already difficult time I was dealing with made the process effortless!! Thank You!!
