The office staff were friendly, quick and efficient when I arrived to pick up the rental car. In fact they gave me two options of car to choose from in the category I’d previously selected. The car was clean. Upon return, again friendly, quick and efficient. And with a return earlier in the day than planned have me a reduced price. Will use again.
The car I got was nice. I was over charged and they reported my car stolen because I told them one of their employees was racially profiling me. Couldn’t even barely reach the general manager and have rented cars from many enterprises for the span of 7-8 year and this one literally gave me the worst service. I had to call corporate. Don’t go to this location. It’s a really small location too. I ended up returning the car. They even tried to charge me a deposit twice… what a joke!
This most recent experience was the greatess thus far! No wait on the pick up and when we arrived to the lot there was a decent amount of vehicles to choose from with my last minute date/time adjustment. I worked with Dante who assisted with picking me up and finalizing my check out. Timone needs recognition for his SUPERB customer service as well. Great team great service with these two guys! The only thing I will add is that some members should work on their phone presence because calling in I didn't get the same experience as when I walked in the front door. As a ongoing paid customer I choose enterprise to put me in a reliable safe vehicle for a great price but PHONE and Walk-in experience should be one of the same.
Contacted by store employee the morning I was to pick up my rental to advise they did not have the vehicle I reserved, which I appreciated. However, employee did not offer a substitute car until I asked, which was far too small for our needs. He then encouraged me to call other Enterprise locations, making no effort to assist with finding a replacement rental.
Vehicle was exceptionally clean and ready to go. Staff was very helpful. Top notch service!
I have had nothing but great experiences working with this Enterprise location. They are always cheerful and eager to get me on my way, either when picking up or dropping off a rental. The vehicles I get have been great, as well, and are typically high-end compared to other rental agencies.
I rent cars from enterprise occasionally, but here lately I have noticed that each time I return my car there are extra charges. Which has been explained as fees which I am confused about where were those damn fees when I picked up the car. I make sure I bring the cars back on time without damage and a full tank. I think it is time to consider a different route I understand due to recent inflation everything has increased but geesh.....I guess I need to make better choices for car rentals lol

Staff are very friendly - and only took about 15 mins. total from when I walked in the door to being on my way in the rental. Car was clean and new and had gas in the tank. : Thanks!
I RENTED A CAR FROM ENTERPRISE AND NEEDED A 1PM PICK UP BECAUSE MY CAR WAS IN THE SHOP. THEY CAME OVER AN HOUR LATE BUT I DID GET AN APOLOGY. JUST GLAD I DIDNT HAVE TO BE SOMEWHERE. MY DRIVER WAS SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY TOLD ME DUE TO THE LATE PICK UP I COULD RETURN THE CAR AND NOT REFUEL THE TANK.
