Second budget office I was sent to. After first office in Castleton didnt have my truck after confirmation. But the staff was able to fix the problem at this location. Grateful for the help and working to correct the errors of another part of the company.

I had a horrible experience. Ashley, the manager, is there to make sure of customer dissatisfaction. I never met a worst manager. She makes her happinesses by making other people feel miserable.

Watch this place. Terrible service cars are trash and look a mess. Over charged for a car for one day and it was not clean inside or out. Last car was dented all over the place. This is the last time ill rent a car. Ever!

Just one month ago, i had a terrible experience with this location and company overall. Today, I find it only fair to come back and comment on my most recent experience. Let me say, communication is key and had they communicated one month ago the review would not have been so bad. BRANDON on Keystone was wonderful and professional. I had fears of a repeat experience BUT this one was perfect. Apparently Budget has had some challenges with theft and vandalism, I'm sure there are staffing issues as everyone has had. Im pleased to say this latest rental was the way they all should be

Terrible experience. We got overcharged and was lied to about what time we were supposed to have the car dropped off by Brandon. We had a whole conversation about how my fiancé worked on Monday and we would have it there by then because he worked. Now I’m on the phone with HR because he apparently has no recollection of our conversation. Why would we make our reservation till the 19th if we would still be on vacation then. Doesn’t make sense to me. I’m very annoyed with this place especially because he supposably forgot the conversation. Just WOW

Staff was excellent- can’t say the condition of the fleet was though. We received a free upgrade because the last truck of our size had bad brakes and the check engine light came on five minutes after we left the parking lot

Horrible staff. They do not know how to do they job or work the insurance systems. If you are looking for a rental due to insurance claims do not go to budget on Keystone Ave.

Customer service representative is courteous and professional; the car rental transaction is quickly completed and I was on my way.

I keep calling and the automated system says do to emergencies we are unable to answer the phone

My return reservation was changed from this store so I called to get it changed back, was directed to corporate and was hung up on twice.
