As Avis preferred member I just walk to the car, sit in it and leave. Drop off similar. I usually rent an economy car and get a Hyundai or Nissan or similar. This time a brand new convertible Mustang was waiting for me. I really enjoyed the car, thank you Avis!
Quick, and painless. Got a great ride.
3rd time I rent a car and the whole thing smells like Marijuana! This is unacceptable for my rental experience. And I couldn't even change my car because I landed at 11:05 pm and there were not customer service reps to be found.! You need better quality control, or tell your employees to STOP HOT BOXING the cars!!!!!
