Avis Rental Car

While the staff was nice. We reserved a car 3 weeks in advance for the gas mileage we were looking for. That car was not available on pickup day. Got a free upgrade but cost way more in gas.

I rented a car from here during the pandemic. They have markings to keep costumers socially distanced. I had to wait for almost 1 hour to get a car as they didn’t have many cars. The staff were very friendly and polite. But they did not wear any face protection. I wish they would have..! Overall it was ok.

I'm not even going to give it a rating. It's negative 10 stars. Made a reservation for today. Pick up a hour drive away. Guess what, we're sorry we have no vehicles available due to Covid... Ahhhhhhh really - perhaps give a heads up.. Soooo and it won't let me post unless I do hit a star really

Negative 5 star, terrible customer service especially for Uber pick ups. Uber drivers go to Hertz.
