Awning Master

Don't trust the hours of operation ! They open and close when they feel appropriate. I had to continuously follow up with them to get the deal done. When we decided to go ahead with the awning, nobody showed up at the show room until 10:30am (when they are supposed to open a 10:00am)! We visited the showroom 3 times and only once was somebody actually there! (Even though their hours of operations showed they would be there). After all this, we decided to cancel the deal. Not once did they make attempt to call to apologize and make things better.

I was shopping around for an awning and had several companies come out for an appointment. Many of my friends suggested Awning Master, praising their work. After my home appointment with Awning Master, I decided to check out their showroom. To my surprise, I was also able to purchase new patio furniture! The friendly atmosphere and people at Awning Master really made it a great experience! I can't wait to continue to enjoy my new patio awning and furniture in summer 2016!!
