Jans Awning Products

Loved the friendly people. Jackie was very helpful when I talked to her and I didn't have a clue what I was doing. The salesman (living in St Catherine's) was very professional and he had a zillion sample for me to pick the one that I like. If you couldn't find something to your liking in his sample book it doesn't exist. I ordered the fabric April 2 and on April 13 it was installed. The two young men that installed were quick and friendly. I would definitely tell others about this great company. In fact I already have and she is ordering from them. Now where do I order sun and hot weather.

Excellent professional help from the showroom, estimate and installation. Aarin and Darryl did a wonderful job on the installation and right on time. The work area was left in excellent shape and their product knowledge was very helpful. I would recommend Jans Awning Products to anyone looking for this high quality product. We are now considering windows and doors to complete our home renovation and I will not hesitate to call Jans.

It is a real pleasure to work with such a friendly and professional company! We have bought awnings from Jan's for over 25 years (different homes) and have just replaced the 13-year old awnings on our current home. The frames were still in perfect shape so we only needed to have them recovered. Jan's provide incredible choice, wonderful workmanship and a beautiful, long-lasting product. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

Working with Jans Awning was a great experience from the first visit to their Burlington office through to the final installation of the motorized screens to enclose our covered deck and the Phantom screen for our front door. We are very pleased with the final results of this project. We have now maximized the use of our outdoor space. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the product and the workmanship that went into the installation. Thank you to Job and Herman for their expert advise and a special thanks to Tim for his skilled installation. We've been customers with Jans for decades and wouldn't think of contacting anyone else. Nice to deal with a committed family business whose work ethic of honesty, friendliness, dedication, reliability, expertise, etc. make it our pleasure to offer this post of gratitude and congratulations. Hats off to all - including Jackie (receptionist & so much more), Job (in sales) and everyone else. We've just had some of our awnings recovered - on original frames - and are delighted!
