Awnings By Rolltec

We ordered a Rolltec awning for our backyard in May of last year. It took a little over a month to have our awning custom made and installed. The sales representative, Gary, was very knowledgeable and came to our house to take measurements and make recommendations. The installers were equally great. Helen, the general manager was very knowledgeable and professional as well. Overall we had an excellent experience with Rolltec so much so that we are currently in the process of making another order with them.

We are very pleased with the high-end materials used in the construction of our awning, and were impressed at the quality of its installation. Helen in the service department is dedicated to providing the homeowner with a customized solution. She is equally as eager to offer exemplary after-sale service for continued care and maintenance.

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN,IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE AFTER SPENDING $5000 THEY DONT CARE AT ALL BUY YOU AWNING ANYPLACE ELSE BUT HERE

Excellent customers service. The salesman and installation crew were both prompt, courteous, and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an awning. Keep up the good work!
