Axistence Athletics - We are an academy for adventure specializing in fitness, nutrition, mobility, survival and other outdoor skills. At our training facility, we combine aspects of Crossfit, Olympic weight lifting, TRX, and gymnastics with MovNat or species specific movements such as running, jumping, crawling and climbing. Everyone likes to think they have the best fitness system. The truth is that everything works, nothing works forever, and there's always room to improve. We take the best of everything, keep it fresh and focus on results.
Our programming is based upon seasonal and personal adventures. We teach not only fitness classes and discuss nutrition, but also hold specialty outdoor skills training such as land navigation, backpacking, and wilderness survival. So whether it is to hike a 14er on the weekend, to backpack through Nepal, or to chase after your children or grandchildren through the creek, we prepare you.
