They are absolutely disgusting with the way they charge fees and the management quality is sub-par. I do not recommend renting from AZ Performance Realty. In addition, Kristie should be fired - Positively poor customer service. I would say look elsewhere if you are looking for someplace to live.

Unprofessional and disrespectful. Continue to call despite numerous requests to stop calling me and to take me off their list. The last time I literally screamed at them to stop calling. They don't stop 😭😡

If I could give them zero stars I would. Absolutely the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They are unprofessional, don't address issues in a timely manner if at all, and hold your deposit hostage. I received only half of my deposit, due to maintenance issues, though they are clearly not expressed in the lease. Don't rent from these people.

I absolutely love working with the AZ Performance Realty Team. They are not only the #1 Team in the West Valley. They are a group of awesome hard working people who always put their clients first. Go Team!
