Performance Bicycle

Tried to buy some accessories for my bike and also wanted to buy a nice bike fore my wife. The employees were too interested in talking among themselves to even acknowledge that I was there. Waited for several minutes and they still ignored me. Left and went to another store and got my accessories and a very nice new bike.

I stopped by three different occasions to look at bikes and hopefully buy one. The first two times I got zero help. One guy who looked to be in charge sat behind the counter looking at a computer screen. Finally, on my third visit I got a young guy who was putting away merchandise to reluctantly stop what he was doing and help me. He should have kept stocking; he knew nothing about bikes. Seem to have a good selection, but I don't spend money where it's not earned.

They need 0 stars. Extremely unhelpful and unknowledgeable about their own brands and products. The staff here are oblivious as to what customer service is.

Great staff, great service. Treated us well as a Performance customer even though our original purchase was at a shop on the East Coast. Very good representatives of the chain.

I've been coming to Performance for years now. Great staff, great service and I love their products. I would definitely recommend visiting for all of your bicycle needs.
