Loving my new Bike! I am primarily a runner but my doctor told me I need to start mixing in some non impact exercise to my routine to save my knees, that where Bicycle Depot came in, I went to two other bike shops and it seemed like they were just trying to get me the bike they wanted to sell me. These guys were different. Chris actually asked me questions like, "where will you be riding?" "Is comfort important to you?" ect. After we found the bike that was perfect for me the made sure I was sized and fit properly. I have had it for 3 weeks now and brought it back for a slight shifter adjustment and they did it on the spot. Highly Recommended

Awesome experience. It was time for me to upgrade my mountain bike and this is where I chose to spend my hard earned money. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. They had the bike in stock and I rode out the same day. Also I get free lifetime tune ups!

Bought a Giant Talon 3 from this place about two months ago. I only rode the bike to and from school, until my brother bought a mountain bike, so we could ride together. They suggested that he buy the Talon 2, which I was told wasn't a real step up from the 3, with similar tier parts. However, the Talon 2 is tubeless. I rode the bike down the nearby trail with my brother from their shop, back to our home near 43rd and Olive. It's about an hour ride according to Google Maps, but I managed to pop both tires on my bike. I brought it back and they told me to replace the tubes with thorn resistant tubes. It's a mountain bike that can't handle paved trails. I keep this bike in my home and even had them check it over while we bought my brother's bike. They now want an extra $60, on top of the nearly $600 I spent on the bike for these new tubes. How does a mountain bike not come with resistant tubes. In total I'd only be about a $100 off from the Talon 2. I would have purchased it had they recommended it based on the tires being far inferior on the Talon 3. My brother's bike has no issues thus far.The most infuriating part is the fact that the employee who "helped" me with my purchase was snickering in the back about having made me aware of these issues. Whether Giant is responsible for the tires or not, you go to a bike shop for a bit of assistance, because you assume the employees have knowledge about the products and would help you find the right bike.
Edit: I tried to trade up to the Talon 2, paying the difference, but after 3 hours of total ride time, the bike was considered to rough to sell. I now have two puncture resistant tubes in the bike. Paid for one, but ended up getting the other after having words with the owner. Even though it wasn't easy, they did eventually provide a reasonable compromise.

Love this place. Talked me into a less expensive bike than I originally wanted. Really good guys. Won't go anywhere else for bicycle needs.

Everyone at bicycle depot are professional and knowledgeable. You can feel comfortable spending your hard earned money here as they have great prices along with a great selection of bikes. It's nice to know you can still get great customer service during and even after the sale is complete.
Thank you Jonas, Josh and Chris for being there for us noobs.
