Bicycles of Scottsdale

Over a month now without my bike. I've called three times and stopped by once. The one time they responded was to tell me they lost my invoice but would definitely have it squared away that week. That was 10 days ago. No response. Update: I called and asked for an owner to call me. A manager called me back. She took no accountability and said if I didn’t like the service I could go elsewhere. When I pressed her on it she told me to just pick it up, she had the right to refuse my service.

I came in a few weeks back with a flat on my twenty inch and the employee working was extremely helpful. I asked to borrow tools to change my tire and he told me to bring the bike inside and he changed my tire and also checked the rim for possible problems. Thank you so much I'll definitely keep coming back and tell everyone about your shop. God bless you

There were one older and one younger guy at the shop when I walked in, both of them were nice. When I went back to pick up my bicycle, there was another older guy at the counter, completely ignoring me. If he were the one when I walked in the first time, I would go else where. The younger guy is polite and friendly. Service is a little expensive.

Nice to have a reasonable and honest repair shop in the neighborhood. I'll definitely go back.

A complete rip off.. home of the brain dead!!! After they destroyed my bike i had it done professionally .. CLUELESS!!!
