This place is great!! They got both our bikes in and out super quick with great prices! I was expecting a couple hundred bucks for the repairs we needed and it ended up costing us less than half that. They are super nice and experienced. Make sure you give the puppy some love too!! Once you start, you won't wanna stop! Ask my daughter!

I have come here multiple times and dealt with four different staff members, and can happily say that I've had a great experience every time. I do not feel pressured to spend money, but best of all leave more educated than before. I highly recommend this shop, it's quickly become a personal favorite of mine.

Right now, I am trying to replace my beloved TREK 7300 Mulitrack, so I am researching a lot of bikes. Luckily, I found Shadetree on a recommended bike shop list from Haro. Tim and Dave were much more than kind in sharing their considerable expertise, even pulling up a particular bike I was interested in on their computer to go over it with me in detail. Amazing. Their knowledge, friendliness, dedication to cycling, and to the safety and happiness of their customers is obvious. I'm still debating what to buy, but I'm really particular about my bikes, and I know these guys are the same.
