Old Town Cruisers Bike Shop

Can comment only on the rental service. It may be fine for some but we were disappointed as we had called ahead twice to be sure that children’s bikes were available, specifying the age of the children. Arrived to find that age appropriate bikes were NOT available and had to deal with upset kids, and very little support or suggestions from staff. In fact they stated that kids bikes were not likely available at other rental shops either and in fact the Bike Emporium was able to meet our needs immediately.

Everytime I drop in to get my flat or brakes fixed, I think it's the owner, gets me taken care of immediately and does not try to upsell me on anything, unlike some bike shops I've been to. Love this place!

Had a great time on my bike rental from Old Town. Jason was very helpful with both the rental and with showing me some of the bikes they had in stock. Very informative on where to ride. Will come back on next vacation.
