Global Bikes - Gilbert Bike Shop

If you’re looking to buy a new bike or just to have service on you existing one, look no further than Global Bikes! I have patronized the Gilbert location at Gilbert and Guadalupe Roads in particular, and the shop and its employees are exceptional. Global carries quality brands in all sorts of bikes and accessories, so if you’re looking for something bike-related, you should be able to find it there. They have terrific sales as well, so it seems like I’m always saving money on my purchases. I suppose there are a lot of cool bike shops out there with great merchandise but what really sets Global apart from those other shops is their service. Because Global gives lifetime free tune-ups on bike purchases, I started taking my bikes to Dustin years ago. He knows my name when I walk in, he knows about my family and most importantly, he knows all about my bikes. It’s not right to leave one of your most treasured things with just anyone, so I trust Dustin to take care of my bikes which in turn takes care of me on my rides. Dustin is not only friendly and efficient, but he also understands that I want a speedy turnaround with the service so I can get back on my bike and ride again. I just picked up my bike this afternoon after leaving it for two days, and it looked beautiful! I also have Jared to thank for that. Not only did he clean up my bike but he noticed something that needed replacing that if left unattended, could have been a potential hazard to me on a ride. The guys did a great job on my tune-up, tires, and other miscellaneous things so that I feel very comfortable knowing that my next ride will be a safe and comfortable one. And, once again I saved money! Who knew that tires were on sale this week!!! Yes, there are lots of bike shops out there. I have a very nice one 1.5 miles away from my new home. However, I am willing to drive more than twice the distance than I used to just to have Dustin and his crew work on my bikes at Global Bike Shop.

Such an awesome experience buying a new road bike. Dave Thomas is a stud, was super knowledgeable and very helpful in educating me on nuances between Mtn/road bikes. He helped me choose my bike, and even all of the accessories, and also gave me a great deal. I've been back for classes and even attended a beginner group ride class they offered. Just love this place and will be buying all my kids' bikes here too.

What a great bike shop! The owner here is wonderful. The staff is friendly and interactive. They were very knowledgeable and showed us the right kind of bicycle to buy. They also helped us out with our gears. I highly recommend this bike shop.

This bike shop is fantastic and the staff were incredibly knowledgeable. They spent over an hour with me as I questioned every little detail of a major bike purchase, and Will Foster in particular took excellent care of me. They've earned me as a customer for a long time to come to be sure. I'm not sure there's a better bike shop in the East Valley.

Mark was super helpful. He helped my son get his bike properly set up. He helped us with a bottle cage and water bottle. Then he took some time to answer some additional bike questions. We will definitely be back to global bikes for any other bike issues.
