Have taken bikes there for last 4 years for repairs and tune ups. Always prompt and courteous- Purchased a new bike two weeks ago- Nathan suggested xlarge frame  and it has worked out great.  Highly recommend .

Junction Bicycle has excellent staff members with fast service! If you ever have a problem, they will help you out as efficiently as possible. Their products are reliable but also afforadable. I will defiantly be going back to Junction Bicycle!!

Great place to buy a new OR used bike, good service and they know what they're talking about. Good assortment of parts and bikes.

I paid $90+ dollars for them to basically wash my bike and put in new tubes. My gears weren't and still aren't shifting and the guy said they needed to "wake up" after being tuned. Whatever that means. Won't be returning.
