Performance Bicycle

I didn't buy my bike here but I have gone in for parts and advice. The staff is very helpful and they didn't try to up-sell me. I went in for a chain and the clerk recognized I only needed a master link. I bought 2 and have been back many times for other times. You can also order online and have parts deviled to the store.

Very patient and cooperative staff. Wporked with me on choosing the right bike. Came back a few days later for a few tweaks, and they attended to the minor (read user error) problem, and got me back on the road. Didn't go all the way to five stars as the selection of helmets was limited to the road bike types and no board type. The size of the company in this case was appealing as I wander about the country looking for cheap golf. No, not by bike.

I've been shopping at performance bicycle for quite a few years from when I lived in California and here in AZ. The prices have always been good. I haven't had a lot of extra service done on my bikes. Most of the time I do that myself. Although, if my next bike purchase is one with disc brakes and more sophisticated shifters, I think I'll have them service it. I know their capable. What I have appreciated most has been the service I've received in the sales process. The last few times I've been to this store, it's been the manager, Chris. This guy knows his bikes and everything else in the store you need to have a great ride. And what he doesn't know, he'll say so and ask one of the other skilled technicians or staff or look it up online. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and personable. If I had a retail business I would be doing my best to steal him away. Give him a raise Performance? HC

The guys that work there are very helpful and knowledgeable. Great deals, great products, amazing bikes. They also have bike groups that meet on Saturdays that are fun with a ton of great people!!
