The Mesa, Az store is very cool! Great displays of products sold and installations of those products. Most importantly a very knowledgeable and courteous staff. Tim, Sergio and Bobby are TOPS in their field of expertise!

I came to these guys after another shop wasn't able to repair a death wobble in my vehicle from an accident. they took a look at it and they were able to repair the issue and my jeep is back on the road running great. the only concern I have is related to communication. they are a busy place and unfortunately keeping contact with me didn't always happen, but they did a good job and took care of me. Thanks guys

I recently attempted to purchase a Smitty built soft top. I was quoted $575 installed and all the necessary equipment was included. This was not the case when I got there they tired to charge me a addtional $350 for a kit for the top when online it says for the complete kit . Be very careful with this store very shady and don't know what they are selling. I made myself extremely clear and the guy tried to say I was the one who said I had a soft top on my Jeep perviously so that's why he didn't charge me for the kit . Which is totally BS. They didn't want to make it right at all they wouldn't even give me a discount or anything which if you make a mistake you should fix it that's what a professional store would do but they didn't do that instead they gave me refund which I'm still waiting for . The biggest waste of time and worst treatment I've ever had . I would not recommend this store to anyone . Save your money and spend a little more and go to the dealership they know what's up and can get you what you need but they make sure they charge you for everything so there would be no hidden costs.
