Horrible experience. They sell quality garbage. They don't respond to any concerns about the product. Then they have one of the "owners" seek out your email or business and harass you. I'll be filing a complaint with the Arizona Attorney Generals office for fraud. Funny how Dennis Knox wrote a review for this company and mine and I have never had a customer with this name. Why would he come to Tucson to have me service whatever car he drives. FRAUD. My order # 11560

I went into our local store in Tempe, Az to purchase a carpet and a gentleman I believe by the name Patrick sold us a carpt from Trim Parts without much comparison to the other competitors. He literally just swiped my card and that was it. He said it was in stock and would be with in a week, he definitely did not give good customer service to the point where I had to go back into the store to ask him more information about the carpet. This time another sales associate helped me I think his name was Rob. He was a great help, he explained more about the product and said if I had any issues with it I can return it. A couple of days pass by and there was so sign of my tracking number. So I call them up and of course Patrick didn't ask for my email or anything so Rob took it down said that Trim Parts had the carpet on back order... (keep in mind this is a birthday gift). I personally call Trim which is located in Ohio and ask them if this is true. (It's sad for a customer to have to go out of their way to make sure they aren't getting lied to because of their experience there) Trim Parts was out of the carpet we went in to purchase, they had to be made. I would have to wait a whole other week to get my carpet in. So I thought, okay if I'm waiting a whole extra week I expect some good quality carpet.. no! I got janeky carpet, you can tell it was made in a rush! The cuts are awful. The creases and folds won't go away even after laying the carpet out in the sun. The top of the carpet for the front has cuts that are not finished or were never meant to be made. So pieces of carpet are dangling diagonally from the top in shapes of triangles. One corner of the carpet is completely missing; a sizable piece is absent. Not very happy with the Carpet or the way Performance Restoration took care of the whole transaction. Better off buying from Cjponyparts.
