recently moved to Arizona from out of state. Needless to say my knowledge of local bike shops was minimal at most. Upon a Google search I happened upon VeloZoom. I liked the idea of a mobile bike shop. I set up an appointment on their website. Communication with them was great. They came out to my house, did what I needed done . Very friendly. Very professional. And the price is absolutely fair. No more dropping your bike off and waiting a couple weeks for a bike shop to get to it. They come to you. Work or home. Perfect.

I fixed my bike myself and it only lasted 1 mile! So sad, as my only transportation. No easy way to get bike to repair shop. So excited when I found VeloZoom Mobile Bike Repair while searching online. Even more excited when they came to my home that very day. I got the needed repairs plus all the little things that make my bike work better including some great advice for keeping it working and great safety tips. All for a reasonable price! It may be a little thing, but what pleased me most was when I went to use my bike, my kick stand worked!! I have been fighting that thing for 2 years! Thanks so much for the fantastic service! I have been riding my bike now every day for over 2 weeks and no problem. Great job!

Don came to my house with an impressive mobile truck filled with every bike tool imaginable. He did MORE than what I requested. He's got ALL my future business. As a consumer, I pay the same rate I would pay taking my bike to a shop , yet he comes to my house for the same rate! If you're a busy person, you can't beat it!

Velozoom mobile bike shop is the way to go. I ordered a new Rocky Mountain Altitude in 2017 and the experience with Velozoom’s mobile bike shop was excellent. Take advantage of Velozoom’s old bike buy back program. You’ll save your old bike from heading to the landfill while also getting a few bucks for it. Most recently in March 2018 , Don went above and beyond during the first service to get the bike back in working order. All service occurs in the back of the mobile bike shop! The first service even included a factory directed replacement chain stay protector, and a new down tube protector direct from Rocky Mountain. Bonus! Being able to schedule and book an appointment online was convenient for both Don and I. I was able to look up open appointments online and picked what was convenient. I am really happy with Velozoom, and Dons attention to detail makes the experience all the more enjoyable.
