I went in to get new inter-tubes for my mountain bike tires. The guy helping me was super informative and very nice and only ended up replacing one bad innertube. He also walked me through in detail how to clean the other components of my bike myself and gave me great tips on keeping my bike maintained to save money in the future. It was amazing customer service.

Novice cyclist who needed a tube replaced. Very fast, friendly service, finished in 10 minutes and out the door at a reasonable price.

Very unfriendly, and clickish group. Drove 25 minutes to meet some new friends. They changed the cycling departure time without notifying us on the meet up site. Nobody said hello, greeted me, or inquired about my cycling skills as they do at Global Bikes. The click pulled away from us at 18+ mph, NEVER Looking back to check on others.. Did not meet at the regroup site as instructed. Upon return owent was outfront laughing with his buddies in Corvettes and SUVs. Never walked up and inquired about our ride. When “the click“ returned, never inquired about us liking the ride, or anything. Do yourselves a favor folks, and take your money to Global Bikes where they care about each individual.

This is a real nice local shop with some seriously sweet bikes! I worked with Joe and he did a fantastic job. I did a special order. He took care of getting it in quickly and keeping me informed along the way. The experience was informative and low pressure. He took the time to help me decide which bike was right for me and helped me find the right accessories to get started in road biking. Highly recommended!
