Very Bad Experience Trying to Buy Shoes! My wife found shoes on their website that were on sale. Went to go buy them at the store and they did not have them in stock. They said they could order them for me - but told us that if they don't fit, then we would return and he said they would be stuck with a size of shoe that would be hard for them to sell. So they really did not want us to order the shoe through them since it may not fit me. Unbelievable! I will not ever be back at this store.

I just took my bike in for the first time to this shop. Nick was totally awesome. He was helpful, taught me some basics about my bike that I didnt know. He showed me how my two different pumps worked. AND, he gave me a bunch of leads on great trails right around where I live. Great experience. Thanks Nick. And I would be incomplete if I didn't mention that Drew was very helpful as well. Also told me about some good trails near me. I'll recommend everyone to go to this business

I had to bring my bike back several times because they did not fix things properly. A little disappointed in this place because they are unable to hear sound changes in your bicycle. They also attached a kick stand on my new bike that did not fit properly. As a result, my bike kept falling down everywhere I went. In addition, I brought my bike back recently and one of the workers sweared at me for not understanding why my bike was not working probably. I do love this shop and the manager but am very disappointed in the customer service that is presented. Customers should be treated with respect at all times regardless of what the issue is. Patience is a virtue. End of story.

I have never been to the Bike Ranch but I had the pleasure of meeting one of their employees on the trail as I was hiking my bike back a few miles to the parking area after pinching a tube coming off an embankment. Nick came pedaling by and was quick to offer a tube to get me back on the seat. He even did the install at over twice the speed it would have taken me. I offered to pay him but he refused and suggested I come by and check out the Bike Ranch. I will definitely be coming by to check them out as I am looking to upgrade. Thanks NIck for saving me the walk back. I will pay it forward
