Went in to buy a couple of tires and received almost no attention from the 2 staffers.  Neither seemed interested in helping or engaging despite the fact that I was the only customer in the store.  They had no advice on tires and no mechanic in the store.  Give your business to a shop that has some personality and care.

I'm going 5 stars on this one.  DAVE WAS AWESOME.  I went in to see what they had, i was in the market for a MTB.  There was a different shop that had a sale going on 29ers and i wanted to compare.  As a complete novice Dave answered all my questions and didnt make me feel any way but good.  We assessed my needs and wants and he showed me 4 different bikes and allowed me to ride what i wanted.  Long and short the bike at the other shop was a good deal at $500.  Dave found me a bike that fit me, different brand name but with better EVERYTHING ELSE for $450.  Plus they are running a 20% points deal instead of 10%.  The membership costs $30 but I got $90 in store credit from the purchase.  So, $60 free money to spend in the shop.  And LIFETIME adjustments.  CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING.  THANK YOU GUYS.  +1 FOR MY BUSINESS

Brigham helped us find a bike. He gave us the advantages and disadvantages of the different ones. Seemed well informed. We ended up buying our fifth bike in 5 years at this place. Usually very good products and service. Very few problems. Free minor bike adjustments each time you go there.

Great experience. Go see Jordan Hunter if your looking for knowledge on the bicycle industry. He is very helpful and easy to work with. Great fella thanks for all your help today. Love my new Fuji Traverse.
