Went there to talk about having an Lsd put in my C30, mechanic couldn't even be bothered to come into the lobby to talk to me about, flat out refused the job based on it being a volvo, yet thier cover pic on Google maps is a Lamborghini.. After asking him to come discuss the job he still refused saying he only works on later module Ford ecoboost cars, the P1 chassis is the same and the M66 trans is almost identical to the ones used in the current model St. But still couldn't see past the word volvo.

in response, i was not disrespectful to her in any way, i asked her to go get the person who couldn't be bothered to come talk to me, and the only explanation she gave was that you wouldn't do the job, after taking no information about what i was trying to get done shy of the make of the car. This had nothing to do with her or her service, she did her job well as you described,  playing the gender card is on you. The conversation i tried to start, was that you turned it down based on it having the name Volvo on it, where you then said all you do in that realm is some ecoboost jobs, where the current gen focus ST and  Mazda Speed 3 are both the same P1 chassis, with minor variations of the M66 gearbox, if had walked in and said i needed work done on my new focus ST i'm sure you response would have been different based on the brief conversation we had, and rather than hear me out and talk to me about the job you shut it down right away,  there was no shouting, frustration yes, but no shouting and you are correct I am not a customer, and will not be one.

Great group of people.  Very responsive to questions and if they don't have the answers, they will say so, and pull all the their resources to find one out.  Been going there for 7 years now.  They have always been great to work with.  If you are considering making your good car great, your great car greater, then this is the place.

Awesome place with some awesome staff. I'm all new to tuning and Subarus, but Goodspeed made it very clear with what they were gonna do  to the car to make it run better. Car immediately ran like a champ on the way home, couldn't have had a better staff work on it!
