B & B crew came out on time and did a great job! Our drains are doing what they should do.... DRAIN! Thanks guys for coming out so close to quitting time! Price was fair. Staff was professional.

No time like Christmas Eve to have your main sewer line clog and back up. I called at 7am, Matt returned my call in less than an hour, and came out and fixed our problem. He was very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend them!!

Buyer beware. As a contractor I subbed work to these guys for years. Most of the work that was done was fine. The reason for the one-star review is because you really do not know how good or bad company is until you have a problem. On one particular job I referred the homeowner to B & B to save them money, rather than me up charging them and hiring them myself as a sub. When one of their employees made a mistake and forgot to close a trap properly it ended up causing water damage in the rooms below. When the homeowner spoke with an owner at B & B, she not only refused to take any responsibility or accountability when the homeowner reported the problem to her, but when I called them to ask about the issue the same person (likely not knowing that I had known this particular customer for years, and was on site when there employee came by) went out of their way to tell lies to me about the homeowners and tried to blame the problem on them. I had done many jobs for that particular homeowner and knew that they would never attempt any type of plumbing repairs on their own, nor would they ever intentionally lie or attempt to be dishonest (they had even refused to keep a large rebate we had given for work we had done because they did not feel it was honest to offset their deductible). I was on site working on another unrelated project during this time frame so I was very aware of everything that happened. As insurance companies do to avoid paying anything they don't have to, the homeowner's insurance thoroughly investigated. They also clearly found B & B was liable for damages. My concern was not that a mistake or had been made or that damages were caused. Everybody makes mistakes. It is how mistakes are dealt with that determines the quality of person or business. This homeowner would have been very easy for them to work with to resolve the problems (they were not going to call the insurance at first and were even willing to pay for half the damages themselves, just because they understood that mistakes sometimes happen). But rather than admitting a mistake had been made and owning up to it B&B lied and denied. As a result they have lost tons more business for me then they ever would have spent on making things right on this one small job. One might say they lost a dollar to save a penny. The homeowners would have never written this review and probably do not approve of it because they refuse to bad-mouth anybody. I however do not consider telling the truth to be bad-mouthing and think others should be aware of the type of business they are so they can make an informed decision on whether to use them or not. I will never use them or refer them again unless I have some clear evidence that they have become more honest in their dealings (like a written confession and apology by the individual, restitution to the homeowner's insurance (if not already collected), or documentation showing that the guilty party is no longer a part of the business). I believe in second chances but only when responsibility is taken, and I would love to see this business take proper accountability and responsibility so they can get back on our reference and vendors lists. Until then, buyer beware.
