Story

My name is Brian Copeland and I am the owner of B-Fit Training Studio, Oahus Premiere Private Training Studio. I was an All-Conference running back for Colorado State University (1989-1992), Most Valuable Player and Most Outstanding Male Athlete (1991). I studied Exercise and Sport Science and have been certified as a professional trainer since 1994 through NASM,ACE,APEX, and RESIST-A-BALL. I have won numerous bodybuilding contests since 1994, and I am the ONLY 2X winner of the HAWAIIAN ISLANDS.
I have helped clients young and old in over 15 gyms throughout my career with a very high success rate and I realize clients want results fast and with the least amount of hassles.
