B-Safe Home Inspections of Illinois Inc.

Nice guy, but I feel like a lot of things were glossed over. *The furnace started when tested, but later discovered inside rusted up and leaking CO! *Sump pump and water back up were present, but first rain revealed neither worked! French drains also not functioning correctly. *Sewage ejection pump needed replaced and the piping coming off it was not to be pressurized. *Roof was pretty new and flashing around chimney deemed satisfactory, but it leaked after first major rain. *Beyond the major stuff, there were a lot of little things that were either not mentioned at all or deemed "satisfactory". To be clear, I didn't reach out to B-safe after discovering these issues. I don't like conflict and from what I've heard it is hard to getting anything out of this type of scenario. I just wanted others to know what level of "inspection" to expect.
