This store never answers the phone at all. If you do finally get somebody they take an hour to answer your question bc they have to ask three different people bc nobody knows what’s going on. In-store the manager is the only one that’s helpful but even then they are not great at providing what you need. I usually have to call customer service and order on-line to get what I have been looking for and discounts in ads. They try (most employees) to have a nice attitude but cannot follow through with actions to actually GIVE great customer service.

Awful customer service. 35 min to return an item and the refund did not post to my account!!!! Will have to spend another 35 min on phone with customer service!!@

I love shopping here for diapers, wipes, sippy cups, clothing, etc. It's competetitavly priced and so easy to just run in, get what you need and leave. So much easier than having to go to a big store for what we need. They have a large variety for a specialty store and we often find things there that we can't find in other stores.

There is always someone there to help you no matter the question or need. They are very accomidating to new moms and moms in general. They have a quiet room where you can breast feed your baby without having to have prying or judgmental eyes.
