Babies"R"Us

Staff lied to me. They said they would still take my merchandise return card and never warned me about the looming deadline of no longer taking them. So now I am out that money. Good riddance babies r us. Incompetent staff with no respect for their consumers.

For what it is.....a specialty store it does what it needs to. Prices are nothing impressive but you can get things on sale allot for a good price. We mostly use it as a "need it now store" which is nice. Usually have good deals on baby food and snacks. Their selection of food and snacks is better than a regular store which is why we tend to go here. Never had problems with staff or rewards program. And they do price match like most stores.

Signed up for their rewards card. I've bought quite a lot there and wondered why no one ever asked us if we want to redeem our points. Today while checking out, my husband ask if we had any points. We were told we should have checked before we started checking out. I asked isn't it automatic like every other rewards program I've ever heard of. They said no, you have to do it separately. So I got online and checked apparently I had a $43 gift card that came and expired and I never had any kind of notification that that it was even there. So if you don't go on and check every day, you'll never know what you have. I have another $10 sitting there that expires in a few days. I feel like I should have been able to use that today. I wonder how many other rewards have expired that I never knew about. Don't think I will be back to the store. It's expensive and not worth the hassle. I feel very upset by such a deceiving rewards program!

I have been shopping all day for baby necessities and Babies"R"Us was my last stop for the day. As soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly by the staffs. They walked me straight to what I needed. Being pregnant and tired they made my visit timely effeciant and easy. Great customer service.

The prices are high and the service always seems like we're bothering them. The selection is pretty good.
