We went walking at the mall early today and my son was looking through the windows. One of the employees asked if he'd like to help magically open the store. He did and it was amazing! The lady was very nice and patient with my almost 3 year old!

Poor service. Wouldn't acknowledge me even when I tried to ask them a question. They ignored me and would bee line to others with small kids. Would have been to even get a hello.

Have always had a great experience at this store. The Cast Members are friendly and fun. We have made several friends here. The prices are a little expensive but it is Disney. Store is clean and easy to get around.
