Build-A-Bear Workshop

Great experience. It was my first time there and I got a sticker and had so much fun. And they didn't make me feel weird that I was geeking out about building my first Pokemon. (Picture was taken when I got home)

The Build a Bear at the University Mall in Orem Utah is the best Build a Bear in the world! Why? Because they have the coolest bear selection I have ever seen. Then they fill them up right there in front of your kids’ face. My kid flipped when they actually filled the bear in front of them. Changed the life of my kids! No question!

We really enjoyed visiting this location! The employees were very attentive to my son and very kind. We love our Army Puppy!

First off, my daughter received a Rufus bear from JDRF, which has been such a help for her to adjust to having T1D. We just realized today that Rufus is made by the Build A Bear company. So props to them for creating and donating bears to kids to help them adjust to this life altering disease. We went to the store today to get a new outfit. The staff was really friendly and helped my daughter find what she wanted for her bear. My daughter had a great time.

Really love build a bear, but I've taken my kids to build a bear for years and today, it was a horrible experience. I told the lady we were there because my husband just adopted my daughter and thought it would be fun to have an adoption party. She didn't have anything to say about that so I just thought whatever and moved on to help my kids pick their animals. My husband asked the price of one of them and the same lady said "I don't know", and he asked if it was one of the '2 for $35' and she said " I don't think so" then walked away. We though maybe she went to go check, but she didn't. We asked another worker and she said the same "I don't know". He asked her if it was the '2 for $35' deal and she said "yes it looks like it is" so we handed it to our son and said that he could get it, then she said " actually I don't think it is" then walked off. ...so we had to tell our son that he couldn't get it cuz that was the deal we were going for. They never even came back with a price. They didn't make anything about the experience fun, and once we got to the register, no one was there and there was a huge line of us waiting. We finally decided to go see if someone could help, then about 5 min later someone showed up. Not at all how I would have imagined it to go for such a special day for my family.
