Back 2 Shape Physical Therapy & Occupational Therapy

If I was able to give zero stars, I would've. The receptionist Dina is so unprofessional, super rude, and has no listening skills. The doctor and physical therapists are somewhat okay, but Dina is ruining the business! I actually recommended to 3 people this place, and yet, they all hanged up in the middle of trying to make an appointment with her because of how rude she is! The receptionist is the face of the office- Dina definitely doesn't understand this. When you meet her, you already don't care how good the doctor may be, you just want to cancel everything and leave!

In March 2022 I went through ACL/ MCL surgery. The day following my surgery I was at Back 2 Shape where the doctor met me by the car helped me inside and unwrapped my leg from all the surgical bandages. For the next six months the Back 2 Shape team worked with me to get full mobility back in my knee. I could not say enough about the incredible work this professional, diligent and caring team did to put me back together again. Not only am I back to walking, running and swimming but yesterday i successfully returned to skiing. Thank you Back 2 Shape team I could not have done it without you!

Love this place! They helped me countless times when I was in pain. Really wonderful staff.
