When you walk into the clinic you are greeted by staff with friendly smiles on their faces. Angela, the secretary is a hard working woman who is very positive, organized, and patient. She is out to accommodate anyone who calls or walks into her office. She makes sure each patient gets an appointment that fits into his/her hectic life schedule! She is always a few steps ahead of her clients in order to make things such as scheduling appointments easier for them. Nick and his staff are caring, empathetic, patient, positive, friendly, and always looking to do what is best for their client. They set appropriate goals that relate to the activities the client often needs and wants to do. The NR-OT staff listen well to each clients concerns and go at their clients pace. Additionally, they tell the clients what they should and should not do when they are out of therapy. I highly recommend Nick Roselli Occupational Therapy!

Personalized, professional, and respectful service, from administration to delivery, is provided in a warm and welcoming environment. The therapists are dedicated and knowledgeable. They work as a team, effectively facilitating service continuity. I definitely benefited from their skill and am satisfied with my progress. In addition I had the opportunity to observe the way they trained and supervised an intern--I was impressed. Therefore, I would highly recommend this service provider to anyone requiring occupational therapy for hand injuries and interns seeking necessary exposure to hone their skills under expert supervision.

Have been coming here since I injured my wrist while working. The staff is courteous, professional and efficient. The receptionist Angela greets you with smile coming and going and she works with your schedule to get you the best of care. I recommend them hands down over any other therapist

I've been bringing my aunt over here for the past few weeks . My aunt doesn't speak English so well,and everytime we leave she tells me how happy she is with the way she is treated by all the staff members here as they try to adapt to communicate with her. Everyone here is extremely sweet and helpful. They treat you as if you are a family member . Other then the the staff treatment , we've seen a huge improvement after the therapy iself. I highly recommend Nick Roselli Occupational therapy and will continue coming here as well!

Been getting treatment here for a month and the service has been excellent. Hardly any waiting time and the staff is extremely polite and helpful. Most important the treatment is highly successful with the broken finger almost 100% Anytime you need therapy this is the place to be.

Nick and the staff at NROT were great. They are very knowledgeable and time and efforts helped me get back to work sooner then expected. The office is run well and you know your in good hands there.

I would definitely recommend Nick Rosellis Occupational Therapy. The women that work there are very friendly and helpful. I had a fractured thumb and the therapy I am receiving is really helping my thumb heal.

Most medical offices these days would like to drag your injury along at a snails pace to make as much money from your insurance company as they can without regard for care. That's not the case here. They take a very aggressive approach to get you back to health or work as soon as possible.
