Back Yard Burgers

I had only been to this place once or twice for a burger or their cobbler. The last time I went I ordered their prime rib burger that was advertised on their outdoor, curbside sign for months. It was a specialty burger and I had seen it so many times, I finally decided to stop in an get one. I placed my order for a burger and a vanilla shake. I drove up to the first window and paid for my order and when I got to the pick up window the young lady told me they no longer had the prime rib burger. Did I want something else? She handed me the shake and I told her I had my heart set on that particular thing and I'd like my money back. She looked shocked that I would say such a thing, but I insisted. After having a conversation with her manager and everyone other staff person, I finally got my money back and went on my way. I gave 2 stars because the shake was really thick and good. Extreme and overboard on the vanilla flavoring.

They have THE BEST burgers of any fast food place around, that I've been to! I highly recommend the Hawaiian Chicken Burger! A Pineapple slice on a real chicken breast, with soy sauce (and I think some other condiment(s), and lettuce, on a tasty bun. It's a bit messy, but ohhh so worth it! It's a taste of Hawaiian-inspired food heaven! 😊

It was very filthy. Will not be back. The food was undercooked. Way over priced for what you got. Drink machine was broke frys where soggy. Mud all over floors. Needs better management. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The burger was good and the fries were too just not enough on a large order. The staff were courteous and the facility was clean. For the money vs product I'll go elsewhere.
