Andrew's Plate

Food is great when you can get in the door. The past three times I’ve tried to eat here they’ve been closed and it’s been various hours of the day. They don’t have their hours posted on the door either. So I guess it’s whenever they feel like working. It’s 8:30, I’ve picked up food at 8:50 before. Can’t come here at lunch bc they close at one. They must not want the money they could be making. Pitiful.

A mark of a "good eat" is when a place can bail itself out when they're out of what you originally wanted. Heard about this place from my wife's coworker, who was actually there when we arrived. Caught them fairly late in the evening on a Friday and they were out of fish and shrimp to do the stuff I wanted, but the pepper jack BBQ burger was outstanding. And the "house-made" onion rings were perfect. The creole mayo I put on both was even more perfect! They're in our rotation of places to eat, easily :)

My cousin Michele was visiting for the day and I had read about it on Google and wanted to try it. The rave reviews were absolutely correct. I went in planning to get Shrimp and Grits but when I was told that the daily special was Red Beans and Rice for $8, I quickly changed my mind. They did not disappoint. They were loaded with sausage and very flavorful. I found out that Andrew Caterers so I may have found the caterer for my daughter's wedding. The food was that good.

The best food in Byram.. Andrews isn't expensive either... u can get a size size plate of food for a reasonable price

Food is amazing! I had the shrimp and grits the first time the second time I got the fish and grits. OMG!!!! The people are very nice!
