Usually move at a good pace with Krystal's quality food, but any slow can lead to an almost absolute stand still. There have been numerous times that I've ended up leaving after waiting 30 mins or not having my order taken, but they are out weighed by the times that service is decent. But decent (not even good, just decent) service is an expectation.

The service and speed of your order has improved food has always been good for fast food cashier inside wasn't paying attention to my order had to repeat it face to face several times but she finally got it

This restaurant is always slow. There is always a wait time when I visit. The employees are warm and friendly.

Love thier breakfast and fast service..eggs and grits .MMMmmmmm..just can't stand all the loud talking from the 5 old loud ass talking farts that feel they are in the back yard hollering across the fence at someone they havent seen in years ..and the place has an echo ..so it makes for a bad experience.. Had to wolf my good down n get outta there Wishin those old gossiping men would find a different place to loiter..

Probably the best crystals experience I've had. We brought in a group of 15 and we ordered crystal burgers, wings, chili dogs, etc and it was all out within 15 mins. They were very polite and friendly even with a larger rambunctious crowd.
