I have been here a few times and I must say each visit never disappoints. The quality of the food and drinks exceeds my expectations, but it’s the energy in here that keeps me coming back. The team that works here are incredible. I am always greeted with a smile and feel right at home. The music is always A1 and the natural lighting seeping through the windows is the perfect touch. If you’re looking for a nice spot to relax and grab a small bite or coffee, then look no further. Thank y’all!
Excellent coffee, good food and service. A really gorgeous space. Only did take out but could totally see myself doing remote work out of this place. They may not have mega sized muffins that you're used to from places that sell mass produced pastries, but the zucchini and blueberry muffins were packed with flavor. Also picked up a turkey and cheese breakfast sandwich and smoked salmon on a bagel. Salmon was super fresh and not overly salty at all. I highly recommend this place. We'll be back!
It was a very quiet place and the workers were very friendly. It’s a perfect place to go and study or to just take a break from the busy city. Great coffee and tea selection. I got an iced espresso with oat milk and sugar, very strong but delicious.
One of the best cafes I've seen! Their unique food options are locally inspired, handmade and delicious. Drinks are genuine coffee house style and the staff are all really nice with a good sense of humor. The only downside is I'm not a local so i can't visit again!
Phenomenal local coffee house at the edge of historic Storyville which is undergoing an amazing effort to preserve this history, through archeology and preservation. The coffee is fresh, roasted and outstanding. We tried the BBQ crawfish and grits, fantastic! Wonderful stuff! Gorgeous space!
Obsessed with this coffee shop! Visited every day during my recent trip for their Vietnamese iced coffee. Food and pastries are also great - the crawfish quiche was amazing, it seems to be a popular item so snatch one while you can. Also tried the red velvet cookie and the lemon poppy seed cake, all amazing!
Overall, giving this place five stars. Would give 4.5 for parking issues, but once you get past that debacle, it’s great. The employees were super, super sweet and worked really quick for how busy they were, with the limited people they had. Breakfast was delicious. Everyone’s coffees were really good, too. Although, some ordered larges and got mediums, some ordered mediums and got larges, but blaming that on how busy they were. Bathroom is SUPER cute, and was clean, which is always awesome. Lots of natural light inside. Seemed like a good place for locals to work, so school work, collaborate. Would recommend this place to others visiting, but would also recommend carpooling.
Atmosphere was very peaceful and cozy. I had the iced chai latte with oatmilk, avocado toast, french toast, and the blueberry chia pudding. All of the food was the perfect portion size and very delicious. Appreciate the friendly service and free public wifi as well.
Great coffee shop with some nice sandwiches and pastries in town. Very nice and clean coffee shop, very good looking. Start your morning with a smile after tasting their signature coffee.
Another black owned business for the win! So first, if you’re thinking about getting the cranberry cream cheese scone, GET IT! It literally melts in your mouth! I had mine warmed and wheww! It wasn’t dry and super crunchy like a regular scone. The esthetics here are super cute and warm! Think Starbucks but less noisy and better food/drink options. I’m glad I found this spot! Can’t wait to WFH here more!
