They are extremely unresponsive. You can not reach them by phone or on their website to inquire about units or anything else. The staff are rarely at the office & when they are there they do not come out to meet the guest. They just have the receptionist provide their number & they do not return calls. They are not attentive to problems in their building.

They are not good at communicating with there residents. They never answer the phone in the office and when they do they have attitudes. I have been dealing with mice since winter of 2020 and every time the weather change its always something with my heat or air. They only promptly respond to request made if there is or was and inspection. I DO NOT RECOMMEND NO ONE TO LEASE A UNIT THROUGH THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY.

There was a shooting in the building & they have not done anything to keep the building safe. They did not even come to clean the crime scene.

my friend is a tenant and heard a phone conversation where a manager cursed and screamed at him despite them not even arguing. Almost sounded like a mental breakdown but still highly unprofessional! They must do better.

Terrible communication and unprofessional behavior from this management company. Reflects poorly on African-American businesses. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!

The staff were great. The units were amazing and fully equipped including washer and dryer. I didn't have any pest or rodents. Everything was good. The only reason I moved is because the area was bad and I witnessed too much crime. Otherwise, I'd still be there.

Roof over my head, food to eat, college students, book publisher...8 years of GRATITUDE!
