Nana, the assistant manager is the best ! She is extremely personable and knowledgeable, helpful and professional! She follows up and gets things done in no time! Nana represents the company so well that once you meet her, you will want to move in.

This place is amazing........ I moved in recent and everything has been wonderful..... The office people and maintenance team very helpful and you get what you pay for plus more..... The apartment is clean and organized and the neighbors are so helpful. I would definitely recommend this to everyone I know

Great apt building - I've been living here for a couple months. The design of the place is super modern and you really get your money's worth. The staff in maintenance and in the leasing office are super helpful. Oh, and I have laundry in my apartment for the first time in my adult life - woo hoo! Definitely happy to be living here.

Nana is simply amazing, quick to respond and very personable. She goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home. I highly recommend Bell Capital Hill, the property is gorgeous and in a perfect location.

The building is beautiful; my apartment is modern and I love the stainless steal appliances. The neighborhood is quiet and close in proximity to almost everything worth viewing in DC. The staff are very attentive and amazing! Shanice and Nana are great.
