Fairway Park Apartments

Maintenance request go unanswered and when you call the office, no one ever seems to know what happened. Had a mouse fall from the kitchen ceiling light because of a hole from the light fixture. Called and put in a request on the app FOUR times; to date, still a hole in my ceiling that I covered with tape. UNACCEPTABLE

Nice apartments but the rental office and contractors are very unprofessional. You'll be waiting forever to get anything fixed in your apartment. I am a current resident so I'm not just talking out my backside.

Love Fairway Park. Nice modern appliances with hardwood flooring.

I was so surprised that this gem was nestled away on what used to be a really rough neighborhood. The units were a nice size and all the building doors have security locks. I've only been there in the daytime but if it's this quiet at night I would highly recommend them.
