Baker's Supermarkets

Baker's is a good store. It's basically Kroger. Their deli is excellent, serving Boar's Head.

Bakers has a good select of organic and vegetarian items. I use their pickup option to receive groceries. Their service is fast and usually takes less than 5 minutes. The best time to order groceries is during the middle of the week.

Order for curbside pick up for a time… time come to pick up they’re not ready. Waited another a hour not ready. The order was place at noon the pick up time was at night time. Gave them the whole day to pick up a simple order. The only reason I order curbside was for the coupons that they have would’ve done it myself. Bad time management and they are not helpful at all.

Super service, well-stocked shelves, treated like a friend. We placed an online order after the store closed & selected a noon pickup. I called the store's online department the next morning at 8:45 to see if we could come early-9:15. Julie said that the order was ready& yes, please come ahead! Everything was perfect! My requests that I posted in the online order comments section such as -bananas with yellow/some green, onion skins smooth, no substitutions for 100% of items ordered, just as I would have selected myself. So accommodating! When I initially called the front desk CSR's smile came right through the phone! 2. Same morning-We had unexpected company so I ran back into buy more in a hurry. This store is stocked with what we need, displayed attractively and the people who are stocking shelves treat you like a neighborhood friend. Finally realized it reminds me of Bakers stores 30 years ago- I love the friendly, helpful employees. Thank you!

Review is being left as a result of the bakery department. Unprofessional, unavailable, unhelpful. The rust of the store is great!

This convenient grocery store provides a clean environment with friendly staff. We have never had a bad experience here and the facility is well maintained. We often find good deals on fruit and produce. My biggest complaint is the worn areas in many of the parking spots where your front tires literally sink into some mild ruts.

Really? One cashier working, long lines and manager does nothing? Same thing, just a different day.

Every cart which was about 20 or more that I tried to use had dirty wipes in them when I went to do some grocery shopping. Also a few days prior I ordered a delivery and 10 things were not able to be picked and I totally find it hard to believe that you were out of half gallon milk, 8 piece fried chicken yes ordered it after the time 5# potatoes, gain Detergent. Totally unacceptable I think there needs to be accountability because you can tell that their are employees not doing their job.

They don't require customers to wear masks despite city ordinance to do so. I estimate 20% didn't have a mask on. Explained to Manager, Jesse, my disappointment. He said they "choose not to". I didn't realize it was a business's choice to not follow local ordinances, codes and laws. I don't believe they need further business from me.

Very good. Can be a bit more streamlined to find the products for non-regular customers.
