Absolutely ridiculous to not have a Rx filled after it was called in by doctor 25 hours ago. What if I had been sick and in need of the Rx stat. I was told when I went to pick up my Rx which was called in 25 hours prior it wasn't ready but would expedite it since I was there. I was on my way to an appt and didn't have 20 mins to wait. This isn't the first time this has happened to me at this CVS pharmacy. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Thank goodness it was a regular Rx and could get by not picking it up.....again let me say 25 hours after it was called in.
As someone who also works at a pharmacy I truly feel as though the head pharmacist I am not sure of her name is one of the best. So kind, caring and willing to help- to include taking her time with my copay cards. I am a new type one diabetic so having a good relationship with my pharmacy is important for my well-being. Support staff are extremely overworked and underpaid. Do not blame them for delays and give them some grace if your script takes an extra few minutes. COVID has been rough on our pharmacies and they are working to the bone to make sure we are staying healthy! The rest of the staff at this location are also very kind and helpful!
The CVS Pharmacy staff is always friendly and helpful. They truly look out for the customer and want to help save money any way possible. I have been using this pharmacy exclusively for about a year now and I can honestly say they have saved me hundreds of dollars. These people really care about you getting the best deal so you will want to keep coming back and using them for your medication needs. They are always on time with my meds and I am so very thankful for everything they do. They deserve so much recognition!!!
Been going here for 2 years and never had issues until about 7 months ago. Ever since Terry took over the pharmacy, customer service has been horrible. They've accidentally miscounted my sons medication several times. They NEVER have it filled after the script is available. However today was the worst. I called yesterday to remind them to refill my child's medication and terry says she will have it filled first thing in the morning. So I call around 1030 and it hasn't even been touched. So I tell castle pharmacist who answered my call that I called yesterday and it was unacceptable that my sons medication has yet to be filled. He proceeds to SCREAM at me, then puts me on hold for over ten minutes. Do not go to this pharmacy. Terry had flushed it down the toilet
I've been getting prescriptions filled here for years, with great service. I was just hung up on twice by a very rude man , Castle, who yelled at me that he was doing his best. He talked over me, yelled, and was a total frazzled mess. I've been trying to get a prescription refilled for over a week. What happened, CVS pharmacy?
I have had to wait longer than expected for my regular refill pickups. Today I was told it would be 30 minutes and that they were over 2 weeks behind with refills and over 60 patients waiting. It's the same med, I pick up every month, there's no reason it shouldn't be ready and waiting for me.
I had to switch to CVS thankfully from Walgreens years ago. Still happy with this location. The staff is nice and helpful. Sure they are busy but as is any pharmacy. I've never felt pressured or rushed.
I visited to pick up my medication but they did not prepare the medication after sending the prescription quite a few hours later. Treated me in such a unkind manner. We were extremely busy so we didn't have time... I never heard about the reaction before in any CVS. I mentioned that I will change the pharmacy to them twice but they filled in the medication after that and I even cannot get the medication in a new pharmacy. I hope that management see my reviews and give some trainings to the clerk who treated their customers in an extremely unkind manner.
Terri the Pharmacist is fantastic. She has been very helpful through the years in assisting me. Recently she went above and beyond by alerting me to substantial savings on a prescription. She spent much time with me showing how to request the rebate which will save me much money over the time I need my prescription. She is a great representative for CVS.
I've been going to get my wife's cancer meds for over a year here..and over 2 years going to get her other meds. Up until recently there was a very customer service orientated gentleman who helped me at the drive thru only..Today I was yelled at by the woman at the window that I had interacted with once before.. because I handed her my wife's new medicaid card, and I guess I was not clear enough on why I was there.its a pharmacy, I'm there to pick up prescriptions...DO NOT GO HERE.. horrible customer service
