Baking Mama

Cute little bake shop it is super tiny and cozy inside. There is no seating but the bake goods are very organized. We tried the following: Banana Pudding - not bad Ube Flan- a bit too sweet for me Chocolate Chip Cookie- this is a soft bake cookie super similar to the Pepperidge soft bake cookies available in supermarkets. Ube Cookie- soft cookie not very sweet. Ube cupcake- small medium moist with a hint of Ube taste. There were signs in the store that says the chocolate cookies the most popular item but it was just okay. We suggest getting the Ube cupcake out of all the items we tried.

truly the best desserts i’ve ever had! i’ve been to Baking Mama multiple times, and you can tell that each batch is made with so much love and attention to detail. everything is super moist and flavorful, yet not overpowering. the shop itself is also super welcoming and the staff greets you with kindness each time. thank you so much for the sweet treats!

This is a true hidden gem of Hoboken. I’m actually mad at myself for not trying this place sooner. The prices are very affordable and the staff knows everything. The flan is incredible and the banana cream is amazing! I might actually make this a regular stop and just deal with the extra pounds myself, absolutely love this place and highly recommend!!

Cute little bakery - I found it when shopping for Easter treats. Their Easter cookies were very cute and original and also tasted good. I hope to go back and try other items soon.

I ordered a red velvet cake topped with macarons for a birthday party. All party-goers loved the cake, and the macarons were a delicious addition. FYI - the smudged icing was my fault, not Baking Mama's!

We had Tina make us a small wedding cake for our reception in Hoboken. The cake not only looked beautiful but tasted delicious! We love Baking Mama!

I am in LOVE with Baking Mama! They have done cupcakes, cakes, and a “smash” cake for me all over the last 3 months and I only have the best things to say. Not only do they deliver locally, but they are very responsive and open to your custom party themes. Thank you Baking Mama!

Ordered their cupcakes for my son's birthday. Their cupcakes were moist and not so sweet. Out of all of them I like the ube cupcake. The transaction with them went smoothly. I emailed them about 5 days before regarding my order then they emailed back to confirm the order. They open at 11am but I was able to pick up at 10am. I ordered 12 cupcakes wish I ordered more.

Baking Mama is awesome!!! Cupcakes were SO good, great variety. The perfect balance of fluffy and dense. Plus they have gluten free options! Had a special birthday order and they filled it on time. Communication was great.

Number one cookie spot in Hoboken, possibly in NJ! The classic chocolate chip with sea salt is the best five dollars because you know I need to buy two minimum I’ve ever spent for my required mental health treat.
