Balance Day Spa Burlington

I had a wonderful experience at Balance Day Spa in Burlington! The atmosphere is relaxing, clean, and pleasant. I had a terrible neck/shoulder spasm, and Carrie was amazing as she worked with me to resolve my tightness and pain. She was very attentive to my needs and requests, and she did an excellent job answering all my questions. I was very pleased with my massage. Additionally, since I was getting the massage for an acute issue, I was thankful they could get me fit in quickly. All the staff were very friendly and easy to work with. Would highly recommend the Balance Day Spa and Carrie!

This was my first spa experience, and it was amazing! I got a massage and a facial. And I left there feeling like a new person. The atmosphere was great I've never been so relaxed, calm and energized. The staff are wonderful! They are so nice and welcoming. This place is just great and I can't wait to go back!

Came in after work and Received a facial from Alyssa, I felt very welcome right when I stepped through the door. I was taken to the locker room to Luton a robe and didn't wait long to be greeted by Alyssa. She's very sweet and addressed any concerns I had with my skin that day. We focused on preventative aging, and she suggested products and additional services that would help me long term. The massage was relaxing and I felt very taken care of. I recommend Alyssa she is great!

I got the microderm facial today by alyssa! She was great! She did a soothing mask after the microdermabrasion that really hydrated my skin. Would recommend this facial to anyone like myself who needs hydrating during the cooler months.

First time getting a massage and it was on my birthday! The staff was super friendly and very welcoming! The massage by Carrie S. was amazing!! I will definitely be back to see her again!
