Mai is the BEST at her art! I feel amazing when I leave and the results last for days. She has found more trigger points on me that I was unaware that I had. I feel more in tune with my own body and the exercises I do to put pressure on my joints and muscles after coming to get deep tissue massages. Mai is an educator as well and helps me to figure out what muscles I am over using. 5 stars

I have been seeing Mai for deep tissue massages following an ankle surgery. I had been doing what was suggested to rehabilitate my ankle, but was still experiencing numbness, pain and swelling 5 months after my surgery. After two session of deep tissue massage I am pain free, swelling is much less and numbness has improved. I've continued seeing her to work out those nasty knots in my muscles from sports injuries and just being active. She has a way of finding the exact spot that needs releasing. It does hurt there's no denying that, but she instinctively knows just how much you can take. I highly recommend seeing Mai to get you back in action after a surgery or injury. I'm looking forward to having a nice relaxing massage sometime soon, too.

Mai is wonderful. I went in for a light Swedish message and she was perfect! Very convenient to RTP as well. The location is great if you can get away from work for a bit ;)

Today I saw Mai for tight muscles in my jaws, neck, and occipital region of my head. She hit the trigger points and massaged the tightness. When I stood up after the massage, I felt much more relaxed in all these regions. My head, face, and neck felt lighter and I could move my neck without any tightness. I highly recommend her.

I have been seeing Mai for 14 years because no one else’s massage is as magical and therapeutic. Her massage focuses on fixing problems (knots, pain, headache) and I have quite a few due to working long hours in front of a computer. Her new location is another plus. I will be coming to Mai for many more years to come.
