Did not honor their verbal agreement. During specials week scheduled an appointment and got off work early to get the discount. Then let them know I would be paying with a gift card and they said it would cover the whole cost so I did not need to leave a deposit and took my gift card number. When I got there they said I could not use my gift card and charged me full price. I would not have missed work and would not have added an additional couples massage for full price. They should have honered the verbal agreement.

Always nice. And they send coupons via email. What's with the chicken that lives right outside the front door? I went and got a massage right before Christmas - stepped out the door, and a real-deal chicken comes up to me - totally chill and used to people. Anyway, will definitely be back. And will bring some birdseed?

Took good care of us for our 32nd anniversary couples massage. Just being honest here. I love these folks, I just wish there location was a little better. And there atmosphere a little more spa like. If you don't already know where they are can be a little difficult to figure out what building they are in. Thier curb appeal is almost "put off" ish. But don't fret they are great people.

Michelle gave me a superb massage. Highly recommend her! Super nice and very good massage therapist. Left there feeling like a new person and very relaxed. Im going to be back to see her soon. Front desk lady is very sweet. Great experience .
