Balance Pan-Asian Grille

I absolutely love this place. Tried it for the first time a couple months ago and fell in love. The food tastes amazing and (SURPRISE!!) it's healthy for you. I make it a point to tell all my friends and family to try Balance at least once. Every one of them is hooked. PS. The brussel sprouts are amazing!

Food is great. Would be nice if when you place your order online that your food and drink would be ready at the same time. Waited 10 mins. For my drink and food was cold!

My wife and I placed an order online. Ready in an hour. We arrive ten minutes late for our pick up. She was told that there is a four hour wait. Now it was 6:40PM and four hours would put them beyond closing time. We also watched several people come in, place an order, eat their meal, and leave while we waited to even see our food get fired. It is now 7:50 and still nothing. I wanted a refund, but now the system crashed. I totally understand rushing to get online ordering made available to customers. I work with information systems, but there is something dreadfully wrong with how this is all structured. The queue doesn't seem to work. The system fails to remain operational. I am sure the food would have been delicious, but still without any of it at this point. In hindsight, I should have walked across the street to Walmart, bought my own food and a fire pit, and I likely would be enjoying my meal outside their restaurant at this point. I suppose the moral to the story is to check the wait time before going, even if promised a pick up time. If not, run the risk of waiting for hours.

I have been a regular customer months now, I leave the gym La-Fitness and I pickup grilled chicken breast and brown rice or noodles. They are two side orders so the chicken would be packaged in a small size ½ pint size I think and the rice or noodles would be stuffed in a 1pint size very cool perfect amount of food. Now they have changed the containers to one size the smaller of the two that they used to use and no stuffing of rice or noodles oh no I ordered last night and instead of stuffing the smaller container young woman filling it took noodles out really are you hurting for money that badly. I would love to support a Toledo startup but Remember your customers come first give us back our two containers.

Nice place, friendly staff. Good place to go if you're not real hungry. Healthy food
